Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rhino Power Products. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our equipment and accessories. However, if you are not happy for any reason, you may return the item in accordance with the following policy.

1. Eligibility for returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, with original packaging, accessories and documentation included.
Items must be unused, free from modifications, damage, excessive wear or abuse. Items missing packaging or accessories may not qualify for a full refund.
Due to safety and product-risk concerns for tools such as chainsaws and other power equipment, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of installation or use.
Certain items may be excluded from returns or may carry a restocking fee. These are clearly indicated on the product page (e.g., sealed consumables, hazardous items, demo-units).

2. How to initiate a return

Please email our customer-service team at info@garlandirl.ie with your order number, the item you wish to return, and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
Please do not send items back without first obtaining an RMA. Un-authorised returns may be rejected or incur extra fees.

3. Return shipping & cost

Returns are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For accepted returns you may use the prepaid label we provide (if applicable) or arrange your own shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. Inspection & refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria above, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 - 14 business days.
Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or incorrect items shipped by us.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund including return shipping costs.
Please retain all packaging and proof of purchase for inspection.

6. Exchanges

We do offer exchanges of unused items for the same product (subject to availability). To request an exchange, please contact us at info@garlandirl.ie within the return period. The customer is responsible for any difference in cost and shipping.

7. Non-returnable items

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as “non-returnable”
  • Consumables once opened (e.g., blades, spare parts)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, installed or modified by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories or documentation

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

This return policy is governed by the laws applicable in Ireland and does not affect your statutory rights. If you are located in the EU/UK, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (or equivalent local legislation), including a right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance purchases.
